1. Cancellation by Carmudify: Carmudify may need to cancel some orders for several reasons, including:
The product or service you ordered is not available.
There are errors in pricing or product details.
Issues related to payment or fraud checks.
If your order is canceled after your payment is processed, we will refund the amount back to your card. Please note that any promo code you used will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
2. Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel your order, Carmudify can refuse your request for any reason. If we receive your cancellation request before your order is processed, we will cancel it and refund your money within a reasonable time. However, if the order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it.
If you still want to cancel an order after it’s processed, a cancellation fee of 5-10% of the order amount will apply.
3. Courier Charges: If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, any courier charges paid will not be refundable.
